With a wide and comprehensive range of stock readily available we can supply large levels of PTFE hose in quick turnaround. Most bespoke, PTFE hose assemblies can be supplied within a few days or sooner depending upon customer needs. Loose hose, fittings and ferrules in all imperial and metric sizes can be supplied from our extensive UK stocks.
All aspects of Convoluted, Smoothbore & Smoothbore Convoluted hoses are catered for with both Natural (GP) and Static Dissipating (AS) liners available, with an extensive range of end fittings and external hose coverings that the market requires.
Sizes from 1/8” (DN6) – 6” (DN150) hose assemblies, PTFE Lined or Unlined end fittings, PTFE Lined and Unlined adaptors, dip pipes, ETH and insulated hoses are also produced – PTFEFLEX cater for all requirements.
All hoses can be supplied with a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) upon request. Full Material certification (2.2 / 3.1) can be supplied if requested prior to manufacturing. All PTFE tubing used in production of our hose liners comply to the following Standards & Certification – FDA 21:177:1550 & EU Food, USP Class VI & 3-A Sanitary.
