Terence “Chad” Chadwick, managing director of PTFEFLEX, who manufacture PTFE hose assemblies, explained: “We are incredibly grateful to landlords Frank Marshall Estates, who have been our landlords from the very start in 2013. They helped us at our previous premises at Wellington Park Business Park in Bradford, which they own, and have supported us as our business has expanded.
“Ultimately we have outgrown our base at Wellington Park and moving to the Bridge Business Park seemed the obvious solution. We trust Edward and Jimmy Marshall of Frank Marshall Estates completely and it made perfect sense to move to their state-of-the-art new business park.
“The look and quality of our new building is superb, which fits in perfectly with our aspirations for the company. The location, meanwhile, is perfect. So it’s just right for us, providing an excellent base from where we can continue to expand and flourish.”
