SERIES LC – SS/SI

SERIES LC has a true ID and eliminates the need for deconvoluting of the hose when using standard Hydraulic tail fittings, designed for easy hose assembly by anyone looking to extend their product portfolio.

SERIES LC – SS, used in applications where constant flexing, high temperature and/or chemical resistance is paramount. Offers a cost effective solution over the lifetime of the hose and is supplied with a Stainless steel 304 / 316 braid and the Silicone cover enables the hose to be wiped clean externally adding to the hygienic nature of certain applications.

Properties

Application

Used globally in low to medium pressure premium applications that require more flexibility or tighter bend radius whilst still needing the high temperature and impeccable chemical resistance of the PTFE hose. The Silicone cover enables the hose to be wiped clean externally adding to the hygienic nature of certain applications.

Design

Helically convoluted PTFE tube with SS 304 / 316 braid and Silicone cover – WHITE / BLUE / YELLOW / RED.

Inner layer

Natural (GP) or Anti-static (AS) helically convoluted PTFE tube.

Outer layer

SS 304 / 316 braid and silicone cover – WHITE / BLUE / YELLOW / RED.

(34 = Stainless Steel 304 Grade / 36 = Stainless Steel 316 Grade)
