SERIES SB – GAS, is a SmoothBore hose that exceeds the working pressure of most other high pressure hoses on the market.
Suitable for applications such as gas charging lines for aerosols, gas bank/bottle charging, dehydration lines.

Application
High pressure, smoothbore hose that exceeds the working pressure of most other high pressure hoses on the market. Globally specified in high pressure gas, fluid or powder applications where hose performance, weight and OD are critical.
Design
Smoothbore, gas quality PTFE tube with a single Aramid (Kevlar) braid and single SS 304 braid.
(HYTREL extruded covers in multiple colours are available)
Inner layer
Natural (GP) or Anti-static (AS) smoothbore PTFE tube.
(Gas quality or heavy wall)
Outer layer
Single Aramid (Kevlar) braid and single SS 304 braid.
Temperature Min
-60°C.
Temperature Max
+260°C.
*Aramid (Kevlar) has working limitations above 150°C, please consult PTFEFLEX*
